Once upon a time, enjoying someone else's discomfort was a car mechanic baffled by a car with no engine. Then Beadle and accomplices decided it was more fun to make someone think that their car had been crushed - what japes! Someone F-ing and blinding on film, with an inset of them laughing at their own distress. Step on a few years and it is people falling off bikes, tripping off stages, falling and hurting themselves. Now we roll in the filth, Bedlamites paying pennies to laugh at the sane. It's a sad old world. We become inured.
